We are very happy with it as a private household it depends how big the community is I think it should be fine they are very durable.
Yes, it has to be assembled. But the sections are not heavy didn’t have any problem putting them together.

Very nice looking furniture, the end results is a good product. However the instructions and the quality of the hardware was not good. Not all of the bolt locations were indicated and some of the bolt heads were pulled through the frame when tightening. Also the alen wrench included wore out before assembly was completed. If it were not for my stash of washers and quality tools, assembly would have been questionable.
