lazydazehammocks.com is pleased to offer you faster delivery service through FedEx. We use FedEx Ground for shipments, with upgraded options available upon request.
lazydazehammocks.com will process your order immediately after it has been placed. Brands that are carried in our warehouse are guaranteed to ship out same day, as long as the order is received before 3:00 pm EST Monday-Friday. All other brands will ship out in the allotted time specified on the product page itself. Some items are made to order and can take longer to ship.
Please view the chart below to determine your transit time once your order has shipped. If your situation does not allow for ground shipment, please give us an email, and we can offer upgraded and express shipping to ensure that your package arrives on time.
Depending on the size and desired shipping destination of your order, we will contact you if any shipping issues arise. Certain orders scheduled to be shipped to remote areas may not be deliverable, or may incur surcharges. In either case, we will contact you personally to guarantee that your experience with Lazy Daze Hammocks is satisfactory as possible.
Please note that FedEx and UPS Ground deliver on Saturdays and NOT on Mondays. If you place an order on Wednesday before 3 p.m. and are in the "2 business day" group, your order will be delivered on Friday. If you place an order on Wednesday before 3 p.m. and are in the "4 business day" group, your order will be delivered on the Tuesday immediately following the weekend.

Shipping Outside the Contiguous U.S. and International Orders
Many of the products we carry are available for shipment outside the contiguous U.S., Canada, and internationally. For international orders, shipping costs will need to be calculated manually and may incur surcharges. Please allow an additional 48-72 hours for the manual calculations to be completed, at which time we will contact you to approve the charges on your credit card. Please note that all customs, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. All international orders outside of Canada and the U.S. will have to have a U.S. billing address in order to process.
Please verify in your order confirmation that your shipping address is correct and email customer service immediately if you need to change the shipping address. In the event that you wish to change the shipping address once the order has shipped, there will be a fee to reroute the package. This fee will vary per order, depending on where the package is in transit and the desired location. Please avoid this fee by double-checking the address on your order confirmation.
Delayed or Refused Delivery
FedEx will make three attempts to deliver your packages to your house or shipment destination. If no one is there to receive the package, FedEx will leave a notice stating that they have made an attempt and when they will make their next attempt, as well as their contact information. If you prefer that your package be left at your door, you may leave a signed notice giving FedEx permission for your package to be left outside your home without a signature. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts by FedEx, packages will be sent back to Lazy Daze Hammocks. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the full shipping costs as estimated by FedEx for reshipment. For refused delivery, actual shipping charges will be deducted from the credit made on returned merchandise.
Although rare, shipping damages do occur. In the event that your product is damaged during shipping, please contact Lazy Daze Hammocks immediately. We will work with you to identify and replace the damaged item(s) and will submit a claim directly to the shipping company. We will reship the damaged item(s) at no cost to you. Furthermore, we will process reshipment of items immediately, but we are not able to expedite the reshipment.
If you are not satisfied with any purchased item, simply ship it back to us, and we will credit you the amount of the purchased item minus our original shipping cost. You can send back anything you are not satisfied with, no matter what the reason. Please see our Returns page for details.
