FAQ & Care
If this has a weight limit of 275 lbs, but the hammock has a weight limit of 450lbs, which guideline should we follow?
275lbs.
Can I buy the chain and hooks only?
Sorry, we don't sell the parts separately. If your product lost these parts, please contact customer service to get.
Will it scratch the wooden floor if I used it indoor, or the corners are made of rubber? Plastic?
No, every corner has a plastic cap.
Will the stand catch rust if left in the open?
This frame is powder coated and will resist rust for a long time. If it gets dented or scraped, it will begin to rust where there is exposed steel. I left mine outside all summer last year, and the only signs of rust stains were where the tubes connect. I greased up those areas of the tubes really good when I put it back together this year. This is a very heavy-duty frame. I've been happy with it.
